When you make an appointment you will be given a link to the "NEW CUSTOMER PORTAL". 

Be sure to digitally sign both the "Client Agreement/Contract " and also please print out and bring the completed "Veterinarian Care Release Form" with you on your first visit.

Please fill out all required  information, also add your pets so we can schedule your visits.

We require a 2-hour temperament test before any boarding or daycare can be scheduled for dogs. We need to insure that your dog is comfortable in a group setting because we are a open play facility. Cost of a temperament test is $20/dog.

Early morning potty break. Then breakfast followed by a 45 minute rest time to ensure they have digested their breakfast. Open play until 11:30, then a 90 minute break time, then back out to play until dinner. Dinner is served around 4:30pm with another rest time to properly digest then an after dinner potty break. Dogs are let out for their final potty break around 8:30 to 9:00pm. 

Sorry, we are an open play facility. We are not set up to board dogs that can not play safely with other dogs.

Yes! Dogs from the same household may share a suite.

Please bring  "Veterinarian Care Release Form"  and copy of vaccination records to your first visit. Please bring your pets food and a blanket or bed. We do provide Kurunda cot beds but some pets like to have a blanket or bed from home. We provide the bowls.
