CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY

CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS

We will now be requiring each account to have a valid credit/debit card on file with us.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPPOINTMENT

If you need to cancel your boarding, daycare or grooming appointment we are now requiring you to let us know of this change no later than by noon the day prior to your scheduled drop off.

LATE CANCELLATIONS/NO CALL/NO SHOWS

If you do not inform us of a change in your scheduled appointment by noon the day prior you will be charged the following:

$10 per pet for a missed daycare

$25 per pet for a missed boarding

$50 per pet for a missed grooming appointment

PAYMENT

We will continue to allow people to pay as they go or place their charges for services on their accounts.

All previous month’s charges will be processed by the credit/debit on file the following month. Typically, the first week of the month.

For example:

Any charges you place on your account for the month of January will be processed the first week of February.
If your payment is declined, you will be charged a 10% late fee and your pet will not be able to come into our facility.
